National Walk Your Dog Day

Today is National Walk Your Dog Day, even though everyday is walk your dog day. Here are 5 top benefits of walking your dog:
  • Promotes Weight Control & Digestive Health
  • Alleviates Destructive Behavior & Hyperactivity
  • Strengthens Your Bond
  • Encourages Socialization
  • Boost Your Health, Too
My favorite thing about going for walks, don't know where I will end up or what I will see along the way.

Today I'm joining the Thoughtless Thursday Blog Hop hosted by:

  12. Walks are so wonderful. I swear they not only clear my head but my doodles as well. Now that the weather is cooling down we are getting outside and walking more. I love the fall!!!!

  13. One thing that I miss about having dogs was going out on walks. Cats just don't feel the same way about putting on a leash and going outside. I'm glad to see that you guys are having so much fun with your walks!

  15. In the summer (longer days) we're able to get two walks in the day. Great when hubby and I are both working and the pups are out with our dog walker for their first trek. We still get quality family time while enjoying the great outdoors.
