PL360 Arthogen Plus Advanced Hip & Joint Formula

I was reading the other day and found out that some places consider a 7 year old dog a senior. I was shocked, I mean, I still feel like a spunky pup. However, I am noticing some aches and pains with the resent weather change. Even my humans asked if I'm okay because I have been moaning some when I lay down.

When PL360 contacted us, asking if I would like to review their Hip & Joint supplements, I subconsciously jumped all over the opportunity.

PL360 makes two different Hip & Joint Support. Here is the different between the two:

Since I fall under the "senior" and "large breed" category, I'm reviewing the Advanced Hip & Joint Support supplement

Arthogen Plus Advanced Hip & Joint Formula for dogs is specially formulated with glucosamine and chondroitin, plus MSM and HA to support healthy hips and joints. These tablets are beef and cheese flavored and are scored chewable to help ensure easy and accurate dosage.

According to the bottle, for the first month you start off taking 2 pills in the morning and 1 pill in the evening. Now that it has been over a month, I just take 2 pills in the morning. Even though these tablets are flavored, I'm not good at taking pills. So, my humans crush them and add them to my food, which I take with no problems.

Since being on this supplement, for just over a month, both my humans and I have noticed a difference already. The main difference we all notice, I'm not moaning anymore when I lay down.

I would recommend this product to any K9 out there who is needing a supplement or who wants to be proactive with their aging dog.

  2. Hi Y'all!

Hmmm...chewable you say...well, I'm 9, going on 10, and I vote for anything that I don't have to have stuffed down my throat. If it tastes good, that is.

    Y'all come on by,

  3. We are taking other supplements, but love PL360 products! Our vet recommended starting supplements way before you are a senior to keep joints and stuff in shape.

  4. Good thinking Spence - never too early to take care of your joints, especially if you're an active pup!

  5. WoW1 I never thought seven was that old in dog years!

  6. I agree that seven should be considered middle-age for most dogs. Bentley will be 8 in December and we have him on a supplement too. Arthritis is very painful and I hope to keep it at bay for him.

  7. Looks like a good supplement. We give something similar.

  9. Mr. N is turning seven later this month and I started him on a joint supplement earlier this year as a preventative. Glad this is helping, Spencer!

  10. We like supplements and used something similar for our elderly cat to help with arthritis.

  13. I'm glad the new supplement is helping your joints be less painful. Carmine is one a supplement for arthritis containing similar ingredients, and it has really helped him, too.

  15. I haven't heard of this brand before but Keira also takes a supplement for her joints. It's so important for all breeds, especially when they are considered a "senior" Thanks for the information!

  20. I'm so glad to hear that these supplements are helping your joints, Spencer! Being in pain is no fun at all. It is crazy how fast pets can age. My Cinco is almost 10 and it feels like he was a kitten just yesterday. I guess it is more about how you feel than how many times you've traveled around the sun. :)

  21. Dexie takes a daily supplement since he had 2 ACL repairs. It is so important to keep those joints lubricated and moving - and this sounds like a good choice.
