Tasty Tuesday: Birthday Celebration

 Today is my 6th Birthday!
So mom got up early to bake me this easy wonderful Peanut Butter Carrot Cake.
 Ingredients:
*1 cup flour
*1 tsp baking soda
*1/4 cup peanut butter
*1/4 cup vegetable oil
*1 cup shredded carrots
*1 tsp. vanilla
*1/3 cup honey
*1 egg
 Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and let cool.

    What a beautiful post! Happy 6th birthday sweetie! I share my birthday with my little Lucy and we are going to turn 11 next month. Mom has booked one of the finest Chicago venues for our celebration. This one is really cute. I am very excited for my birthday party.
