Hello Everyone, I'm back!
This week I'm excited to share with you a new product I'm testing out. That product is the Solvit Products: Deluxe Car Safety Harness.
My humans have been looking into getting me a "doggy seat belt" for some time now and jumped on this opportunity.
All week I will be sharing with you the adventures, or as I like to call them "Spencer's Pit Stops," I have gone on since getting this Car Safety Harness. But, today I'm just sharing with you my review of all the features this product provides.
The Deluxe Car Safety Harness comes in an informative box that shows you many of the features this harness provides. As you can see the harness I was provided was a size large, which fits my fluffy, furry body. This harness comes in sizes from small to extra large.
One of the first thing my human wanted to check out was the loops where the car seat attachment connects to the harness. I loved how thoroughly this loops are sewn in.
Tomorrow, I will talk more about how to attach the harness to the seat belt.
Check out this fully padded vest. Not only is it comfortable, but the mesh liner also makes it breathable. This feature will be great in the summer time when it gets hot out. For now, I can only dream about warmer weather. The only color this harness comes in is blue. I, however, do love the blue color this harness comes in.
The next major feature my humans check out was the adjustment. Having two adjustment straps made it more possible for the harness to fit my body securely.
Another great feature is this convenient attachment point for a walking leash. This feature makes this product great in and out of the car. Unfortunately, my humans make me wear a gentle leader. But, those dogs who wear harness, this is a two for one product.
Like I said earlier, stay tuned all week to see more of my adventures with the Deluxe Car Safety Harness and Spencer's Pit Stops.

Nice! I could have used one of these back when I had a larger dog.
ReplyDeleteLooks nice. Has it been "crash-tested?"
ReplyDeleteIt has been. Here is the video link if you want to check it out:

Thanks for the informative review, I look forward to tomorrow's continuation of it. I love products that have lightweight mesh if they will be in contact with a dog's body. With a Husky, that's a must!

This is a great tool. I love that it is easy to adjust
ReplyDeleteThis is a really cool product! I bet that makes you feel a little safer in the car Spencer! I wonder if one of the small ones would work for my cats.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a great product and love the blue colour too!
ReplyDeleteGreat review! Luna needs a new harness for car rides and I've been thinking about this one!
ReplyDeleteIts great that you are trying this out! I can't wait to see the next post! We keep our littles in little harnesses too while they are in the car :)
ReplyDeleteSolvit has SO many great items. I am a volunteer rescue transport driver and get all types of dogs riding in my mini-van. I don't know what I'd do without my Solvit folding dog ramp!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great product and love the colour on you. Have a terrific Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Glad you are riding safely, my friend! We have our German seat belts which can now be ordered here as well. It is such an important thing to be safely buckled in.
ReplyDeleteCar safety is so important and it looks comfy. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOh boy do I need this cool harness
ReplyDeleteEdward (& Lily)
Love the attachments and how the vest is padded!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try this harness out! I would also love to have the travel organizer kit to keep in my car :)
ReplyDeleteI like that it is padded and has a mesh lining for comfort. I also would love the HoundAbout II™ Bicycle Trailer for trips with the dogs.
ReplyDeleteUltraLite Bi-fold Pet Ramp #62321 <<< I really need this. My pup is afraid to jump into the back seat of my pickup truck. I am unable to lift her. This would really be a lifesaver for both of us.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to get their pet ramp, to help our golden retriever with arthritis to get in and out of the car.

If I could get any products from there I would get this: Pet Safety Seat™ #62349 & 62350 and this: Travel Organizer Kit
ReplyDeleteWe really like the backseat cover that Solvit uses, and would like to try this car safety harness, along with maybe a biking accessory- we bike everywhere in the summer, and hate to leave little Sadie the Golden Pup behind! :)
ReplyDeleteOooh! I hope we win. I have wanted a seat belt/harness contraption for Willy and our topless summer days in the Jeep!
ReplyDeleteSincerely, this is the best ever blog that I got on internet. Your efforts dreadfully help make reading your blog much more easygoing. insurance quote vin
